The book is pre-owned, previously used, still in good condition, pages are clean but a bit yellowish due to aging, the binding is tight, BUT there is medium wear to the cover like 1 light stain, slight deformation, fold on the back from top to bottom, chafed and small tears to the 1st unnumbered page (please see photos).
