We recommend all watches get a cleaning and service as they are preowned and have not been serviced unless otherwise noted. No other functions have been tested unless stated. If the watch is running (see above) it simply means that it is "ticking" and the gears are moving. How accurately it keeps time, we are unsure. Time and cost of packing and processing goods.
