Israeli Army (IDF) Military Vintage. Brass Solid Padlock with Key. I assume that it was manufactured more than 20 years ago and probably in Israel. The padlock has additional marks such as the IDF mark. And a star below it.

It looks like it wasn't in use at all; wasn't cleaned or polished and offered AS-IS (please see pics). If you are in doubt please check my feedback. I will answer all questions as best I can.
