Vietnam Era US Army Coat M65 OG107 w IDF Israeli Army Yom Kippur War 1973 Sz L

  

Up for sale is vintage Vietnam Era US Army cold weather man's field coat that was manufactured in USA probably in the 1960's. When it arrived to IDF is a question, but in 1973 (even a bit before, during and after the Yom Kippur War) such coats already were with the Israeli Army. Moreover, this coat has no marks of US Army not above the upper pockets neither on the sleeves; therefore I may assume that it was provided to the IDF as a new item at certain point of time. It comes without its additional (removable) lining for the cold weather.

It comes with the hidden hood. Height: from 67 to 71 inches.

Chest: from 41 to 45 inches. The Coat comes with the IDF mark (in Hebrew) above the upper left pocket. Please note that all measurements are taken while this item is laying flat. 21.25 / 54 cm. Armpit to Armpit: 25.19 / 64 cm.

Back length from collar to back hem. 31.88 / 81 cm.

Pre-owned, still in good to very good condition. I don't think it was too long in use otherwise one could easily see signs of wear on outer shell.

The only problem from my point of view is "too much" small and medium stains mainly on sleeves, few on front and back. These are light stains but I don't know how it possible to remove it. Also it has a Hebrew name and PN written in black marker on the back (please see pics). If you are in doubt please check my feedback. I will answer all questions as best I can.
